Anybody familiar with demolition of and old wood structure (about 90 years old. 100 by 200. Was an old indoor riding/barn structure. Needs to go down fast to put new 100 by 150 building in place of it.
Check the yellow pages...plenty of guys that do that. Don't do it yourself unless yo have had experience with that type of thing. Where are you located?

Contact your local fire department or fire academy. When I was a volunteer firefighter we burned down a structure as a training exercise.

Yeah! Burn it down! And let us know when you do it. I'll bring the marshmallows.

I hadn't thought about that. There is one thing I failed to tell you. We want to use 100x150 of the 100x200 of the original foundation for the new building. Won't a fire hurt that? I saw that guy on Little People on TV and he had a building maybe close to the same size but he took out key beams, shored it up while stripping the wood then used a backhoe to push to topple it REALLY. The mess landed about 2 in just short of it's intended mark. That's the kinda guy I need.
