I was in upstate New York this Summer and stopped by a farm that was selling a lot of veggies wholesale. Anyway this farm had an unusual building with it pretty close to the main buildings and I asked could I go inside it and they said sure. It was a DAIRY. The thing is everything was metal in the structure...it seemed all like stainless steel..I mean just not the milk vats and equipment but the building. And it didn't look like a some old barn with cows in it. It was climate controlled and spotless in all personnel access areas. There was structure to the roof with parapets and mansards that made it look like almost a huge house. You would never guess it was a dairy from the outside.
