Is the IBC code now the rule of the land for all metal building projects? Therefore is SBC, BOCA etc. effectively dead or "moribund" as references for building codes. Also, in Florida does the FBC follow IBC or trump it with recent revisements they have made on wind loading?

I think IBC is the overall building authority now.

Believe it or not it still varies with IBC still tops in my opinion.
